1. Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and the Kosha live demo, provided by Nov8iv Solutions (Udgam AI). Paid use of Kosha is governed by a separate subscription or licence agreement, which prevails over these terms.
2. The live demo
The demo is provided free, “as is”, for evaluation. It runs in your browser and stores data locally; we do not back it up. Do not use the demo for production work or to process data you are not entitled to process. Sample organisations, people and projects in the demo are fictional.
3. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent licence controls, reverse-engineer the product except as permitted by law, or use the site to infringe anyone’s rights.
4. Intellectual property
The website, the Kosha name and logo, and the software are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Information on this site
Prices, comparisons and TCO estimates are provided for information, are based on public sources available at the time of writing, and are not offers or quotations. A binding price is set only in a signed order.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
