Kosha (कोश): the treasury of your organisation’s knowledge.
In Sanskrit, kosha is a treasury, a repository, a protective sheath. We chose the name because documents are how an organisation remembers — and some of them it can never afford to lose.
Why we built Kosha
We have spent years around engineering projects and regulated operations, where a wrong revision on site can cost weeks and an unanswered audit question can cost a licence. The systems built for that world are powerful, but they are expensive to buy, slow to configure and hard to love. Meanwhile, the tools people enjoy using rarely understand numbering, transmittals, signatures or retention.
Kosha is our answer: the rigour of enterprise document control with the feel of a modern app, and AI that helps without taking control away from people.

Who we are
Kosha is built and supported in India by Udgam AI (Nov8iv Solutions), an AI engineering company. Our engineering, support and delivery teams are in India, which is how we price below Western mid-market vendors while keeping enterprise-grade service.
