Kosha

Live demo

The real product, running in your browser.

No sign-up, no sales call, no server. The demo loads the actual Kosha engine with an in-browser database and a pre-built engineering organisation. Anything you upload stays on your machine.

Private by design

Kosha runs in a Web Worker in your browser. Uploaded files and changes are stored in your browser only; clear site data to reset.

Pre-loaded organisation

Meridian Engineering, a fictional EPC firm: a crude-unit revamp and a green-hydrogen pilot, with departments, drawings, datasheets, a vendor and a client.

Honest limits

AI in the demo uses Kosha’s built-in on-device engine, so answers are simpler than with a full language model. E-mails are shown in an outbox rather than sent. Best on a recent desktop browser.

Persona guide

Switch chairs, see a different product.

Use the persona switcher in the demo banner. Each person sees only what their role and the document’s lifecycle allow.

Priya Nair · Process Engineer

Upload a P&ID, accept the AI-suggested number and metadata, and start the approval workflow.

Meera Iyer · Head of Process Engineering

Review a document in the browser, add mark-up and comments, complete the stage checklist and approve.

Arjun Singh · Mechanical Engineer

Respond to a request for inputs from another department with a file or a text note.

Daniel Fernandes · Document Controller

Issue approved documents on a transmittal with a purpose code, then track acknowledgements and review codes in the register.

Vikram Mehta · Project Manager

Check the dashboards: overdue tasks, turnaround times and register progress.

Neha Kapoor · Quality & Compliance Manager

Search the audit trail, place a document on legal hold and look at retention.

Asha Rao · IT & Systems Administrator

Switch features on and off, rename “Project” to “Job”, change branding and AI settings.

Tom Becker · Vendor — Apex Pumps (external)

See exactly what an external vendor sees: received transmittals and documents to return.

What to try

Four five-minute tours

  1. 01

    5 minutes — the lifecycle

Upload → route → review with mark-up → approve → issue. Switch persona at each step to see access widen automatically.

  2. 02

    5 minutes — Kosha AI

Ask the library a question about the pump datasheets, open a citation, then ask for a summary of what changed between revisions.

  3. 03

    5 minutes — engineering

Open the deliverable register, send a transmittal to the vendor, return it as the vendor with a review code, and watch the register update.

  4. 04

5 minutes — make it yours

As the administrator, switch editions from the demo banner, turn features off and on, and rename core concepts.
